The ZT 200 is the air-cooled fixed speed machine of the Atlas Copco ZR/ZT 110-275 range, and it brings 200 kW of oil-free capacity to plants that run no cooling water main. No foundations are required for either build. The package installs directly on the flat floor of the compressor room, and the air-cooled layout removes the cooling water main, the water treatment and the condensation handling from the installation plan.

Zero Risk of Contamination
The ZT 200 carries the ISO 8573-1 CLASS 0 (2010) certification, the strictest oil purity class in the industry. Atlas Copco commissioned the TÜV institute to type-test the oil-free range, and the tests measured all possible oil forms across a range of temperatures and pressures without finding traces of oil in the output air stream. For a food, pharmaceutical, electronics or paint application, that certification removes the contamination risk from the air quality equation.
